Ondo Finance has allocated $25 million to YLDS, a yield-bearing stablecoin issued by Figure Technology Solutions, as part of its strategy to diversify reserves for its tokenized Treasury fund. The investment will back Ondo’s Short-Term US Government Bond Fund (OUSG), which currently holds $777 million in total value locked and offers 3.68% annual returns.

Figure Technology, known for its lending infrastructure on Provenance blockchain, has originated over $19 billion in loans. The MOVE follows Ondo’s recent regulatory approval from Liechtenstein’s Financial Market Authority to offer tokenized stocks in Europe.

The market responded positively, with Figure’s stock price rising nearly 4% after the announcement. Ondo’s reserves now include tokenized Treasury products from BlackRock, Fidelity, and Franklin Templeton alongside YLDS.
